Hello,

My name is ali aftab. I am living in the United Kingdom for last 9 years. I am currently on Post Study Work Visa. My Current Visa is gonna expire in the month of June. I have still got 6 months left to cover my 10 years residency before i can apply for ILR. I got one dependent with me as well. I just need some information regarding about my case.

Can i make an FLRO application to cover my remaining months and will it be appropriate to put forward this application to the UKBA. Will this application will be covered all my previous year(s). Please help me out with this situation as it will be highly appreciated.
