If the lawyer is competent enough, then appeal may not even be necessary, or in any event, there will be a decent prospect of success if it get to that.

Im doin the ror by myself nd will see lawyer for my pr 2015.
But most of lawer in my city are not good bcos i paid 100 £ for one houre for asking if i divorce my eea wife is there any hope for stay she said no u have to back thn i showed her in internet that regulation 2006 point 10(5) she said oh yea thn she said there is . Any good lawyer for europ cases for me on manchestee or liverpool ?

Unfortunately a sizeable amount of solicitors are not as conversant with EU law as they are with the immigration rules.

Probably because EU applications are in minority.

Even the few around seem pretty expensive.
