what in case of my dependant when I apply for ILR

My status is
Entered UK as student in Sep 2007
Married in Pakistan before coming to UK but my spouse stayed in Pakistan
Got PSW in 2008
Got Tier 1 General in August 2010
Got Tier 1 extension in 2012
Wife and two kids enterd UK first time as dependant in June 2013
I qualify for ILR in Aug 2015

My Questions are:
1- When will my wife qualify for ILR?( Wife joined me in UK in June 2013)
2- When will my 2 kids qualify for ILR?( Kids joined me in UK in June 2013)
3- If they dont qualify for ILR in Aug 2015, when I will qulaify and will apply for ILR, then what form they will be using to apply with me for extension etc?
4-When will they qualify for ILR?

Children can apply with you.

Spouse, assuming she was granted leave to enter after July 2012, will have to wait 5 years from the date she entered.

so that means there is no qualifying period for minors in years?
Also need answers for other questions as their leave expires with me so when I apply for ILR what sort of application for my spouse?

PBS dep extension for spouse. No, there is no set qualifying period for children when applying with you, see rule 319J.
