EEA 3 - SECTION 3 - desperate - help please

Post by Ajenta83 » Mon Mar 31, 2014 9:44 pm

Dear all,
I must be really silly by asking this. Just completed eea 4 for my non eu husband. They didn't ask for any evidence of proof or our relationship whatso ever int hat form.
Now i'm filling in the EEA3 for myself (EU national); and I was about the skip section 3 as it says "your eeu national family member who is excersizing treaty right + proof of relationship comes into this bit)...
Because I aM the EU national who is excersiting treaty right; I find this very confusing.

Am I FILLING in the wrong form? I got them from the gov.uk website.

Please helppppp!!!!!

EEA3 for permanent residence applications by
EEA nationals and their EEA national family
members.
so you are filling the right form .
eea4 is for non eu family members.
You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.

If the applicant is also the one exercising treaty rights, just skip section 3.

There could be cases that you need to fill in section 3 (for example EEA national applying based on the spouse treaty rights but the spouse doesn't apply for it).
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
