Sending long residence application before qualifying time

Post by Universal soldier » Tue Apr 01, 2014 9:24 pm

hello,

Just a quick general question that if an application (SET LR) long residence application is sent to UKBA lets say 4 months before of completing 10 years then what will be the consequences apart of refusal.
Will that 4 months after refusal will be counted towards 10 years long residence on its re-submission again?

If you apply with valid leave and are refused, so long as you re-apply within 28 days you should be ok, would be wise to extend then vary.
