Requirements for Science related jobs

Hi everyone,
I would like to know if they are people with SOC codes from science related job functions such as Analytical chemistry, Biotechnologist etc. I am in the process of applying for the 50k (PSW route). Any idea on other additional requirement apart from the generally known documents will be of help to me. Thanks in anticipation..
