how can I know about refusing reason /section

Dear Sir,

I applied for UK student visa in 2007 via local agent and I was refused. I do not know the reason of refused and which section imposed. And I have lost my refusing document upon which reason and section mentioned. Now I want to again apply for UK student visa for master degree. I do not know refusing reason /section. Will you please help me that how can I get / know about refusing reason /section which I faced in 2007? Is there any UKBA online link for checking status?

If refused, then they should have given you a letter of refusal, stating their reasons.
