Tier 2 ICT Long term staff Migrant Extention

I have lot off more confusion about my extension and not sure in which thread to raise it. So decide to start a new topic.

Here is my case,

I was granted T2 ICT Established Staff visa in Oct 2010 for 2 years then got extended , now my current T2 ICT LONG TERM is valid till OCT 2014.
Below are my question :

1) Can I get a extension ?
2) If yes ,How long can I extend my current T2 ICT ?
3) How many time I can apply for extension under ICT T2?
4) Can I become eligible for ILR, if I stay more than 5 years on T2 ICT Visa ?
5) Can I migrate from ICT T2 to T2 General?

yes, if you have a CoS
2) If yes ,How long can I extend my current T2 ICT ?

no limit to the number of extensions but you will need a CoS each time
4) Can I become eligible for ILR, if I stay more than 5 years on T2 ICT Visa ?
no
5) Can I migrate from ICT T2 to T2 General?
yes, you can switch in-country

Regarding the ICT T2 to T2 General , do you mean I can shift in UK itself by changing company.. No need to go back to my home country for applying the visa in general category.

Also I need one more clarification . I have heard that ICT T2 visa can get extended only till 5 years, after that there is a one year cooling period. Isn't that applicable to me?
