How to apply for a EEA family permit for a child

Dear Forum members,

Thank you in advance for your responses, I have a question, a friend of mine is the family member of an EEA national and he wants to bring his non EU child to live with him in the UK, he have been financially supporting his family (ex wife and his son and a daughter) no his ex wife is marriying and basically she doesn't want to be responsible for both kids and told him he needs to take his son and look after him and the daughter will stay with her, now he doesn't know how and which form to use for his child to apply for a visa? Can you please advice on which form to use and what supporting documents is needed.
