Tier2 (ICT) - ILR

Hi,

I have been issued UK VISA on 22.04.2010 under Tier 2 (ICT) Established Staff and since then staying in UK having the VISA renewed every year.
Will i be eligible for ILR upon completion of 5 years or is there any way to obtain ILR on completion of 5 years?
