Dear members
I have received my ILR on the basis of long residence and my wife got flr m on 2nd April on PEO as my mrs was tier 1general(not psw) dependent since 2010.now how I can change her visa to set m as other day on 2nd April in PEO I ask the customer services after the approval letter I want to change her visa from flr m to set m and the customer services rep said no u have to complete total full 2 years I explained to them my mrs was on tier 1 general since 2010 it was a bit of a confusion now if I go again to change to set m is there any paper work can I carry to show them I am applying according to this rule or any link.is there any financial requirement for set m.

If she was your Tier 1 dependant since 2010 and has obtained FLR(M) before the rule changes on 6th April 2014, then she may benefit from 287(a)(i)(d).
