NARIC Cover Letter

Hello,

My university is not currently recognized by NARIC, so i have decided to ask for an evaluation, I've included my transcript and Certificate, but I'm yet to write a covering letter, I just need to know what i need to include in that letter, and if somebody can provide me with a sample it would be great.
