Hi Seniors

Please help. My friend is currently got an appeal hearing during next month but he would like to withdrew the appeal and apply for tier 2(g). He wants to apply in same day premium service but all the legal advisers are saying that he can't apply same day as his passport will still be with UKBA after he withdrew so he can do only post.

Can he apply on same day or not? Please help
