Need advice regarding Tier 2 Visa from Expert

HI

I am 26 and currently under Tier 1(Post Study Work) visa which is expiring next month. I have recently got a offer for Graduate scheme starting in September 2014. My employer is A-rated sponsor. I have two Questions.

1) Shall I leave the country
"and wait for the employer to sponsor me Tier-2 visa from back home(non-EU/ outside EU). In this case what complications can come during visa process for me and my employer:

2) shall I stay in the country and extend my visa in Tier 4 Student Visa
"If I extend/ convert my visa to tier 4(Student visa), and then wait till September for my Graduate scheme to start and than ask my employer to apply Tier-2 Visa on my behalf. Will there be any complication for me and my employer to switch my visa from Tier 4 to Tier 2, though my course has just started ( The course on the basis of which I have been offered job is completed). "

does anyone know the answer, as I am bit confused. I want to do a course in meanwhile before I start the job, but my friend told me that it can cause problem for my employer to switch my visa if I am studying. I have no clue about this. I need to discuss with my employer too. But before I need to conform if any one have answer for both of my questions or either.Thanks
