Spouse visa

Post by cuteprettysweetappealing » Mon Apr 07, 2014 6:46 pm

Hi Team

I got Leave to remain (work permit) visa on Mar 2012 based on human right/Legacy case.
Q1. Can I bring my family. As my wife is living alone in my home country.
Q2. Which visa should i apply next. i.e extend the same visa or ILR ?

Regards

According to previous posts, your family are already here with you in the UK. Do you want to explain before we waste any more time?
