ATAS Delayed for 3 Months

Dear All,
I am here Tier 4 Student in UK.
I have applied for ATAS Clearance Three Months Ago, but they have not sent me the Clearance yet, how ever in my previous ATAS application the ATAS research Statement was also the same.

Can you please guide me how can I get the ATAS asap, while my visa application has already been sent to UKBA and the decision is on hold until I receive the ATAS.

I have sent many emails to ATAS to atas@fco.gov.uk but they have not replied my any email.
Is there any way to contact them ?

If you're studying at a university there is a specific email address they can use to contact them.

I have already contacted my university, they are saying ATAS team is only responding to the atas@fco.gov.uk email only, they have discontinued the use of separate emails.

Kindly advise what to do? Same problem with any one else?
