ILR

Post by Gregarious1 » Fri Apr 11, 2014 10:18 am

Some queries required for SET (M) as earliest.

I am going to apply for ILR next month by post. Wife and 2 kids are british Citizen, wife is not working for a time being; is it necessary for wife to work as well.

We are taking housing benefit, working tax, child tax , tax credits and paying council tax.
My annual income will be around £15000.

Then your Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction should only include a single/loan parent applicable amount rather than a couple.
