ILR for Dependent

Seniors member please
sorry if this question is asked before
My ILR is due on last week of July 2014 my wife join me as a Tier 1 dependent on 27th Feb 2010 in UK
Did she can apply ILR with me in July 2014 Because she hasn't completing 5 years till than.
or 2 years rules still apply on her ?
