Eligibility for citizenship?

Post by godfather.rocks » Sat Apr 12, 2014 5:13 pm

All,

I have been in the UK since Jan 2002 and in June 2013 got the ILR (on 10 years continuous stay basis).
My wife has been in the to UK first came to UK in Jan 2011 on Tier 1 dependent status. And in July 2013, she also got the ILR.

So basically, we both complete our one year with ILR visa in this July. Does this mean that then we both will be able to apply for the UK citizenship?

Thanks a lot again for your continuous help!
