Dependent visa for ILR migrant

Post by krishnas » Sun Apr 13, 2014 9:53 pm

Hi all,

I will be applying for ILR in March 2015 as i will complete my 5 years in Tier 1 in March 18.However, my wife came to the UK in 8/06/2013 tier 1 dependent visa and her visa expires alongside mine. I understand that she is not eligible to apply for ILR because she applied after 19 July 2012 and she should be here for 5 years with me to get an ILR.

My question here is what visa she will come under when i apply for ILR next march. How long is the visa valid? what will be the application fees? Please advice -

thanks

Suresh

She may continue as a PBS dep until she satisfies 5 years.
