UK Visa for baby born in India

HI,

I've some queries regarding the application of visa for my baby born in India. I'm currently in the UK with Tier-1 (General) visa. My wife and my baby are currently in India. My wife holds a Tier-1 dependent visa.

1) Do I need to go to India for applying for my baby's visa? Or my wife herself can apply for the baby's visa?

2) Do we need to take the baby to the VFS office?

3) Do we need to get a TB certificate for the baby?

4) What are the other documents required?
