How much time can I spend out of country?

How much time can I spend out of country?

Afternoon all!
Just a quick question, I have been given a 30 months leave to remain in January. My question is : how much time am I allowed to spend out of the country in a year and in 30 months?

I would keep absences limited and for good reason.
