on Tier 2 ICT -Applied on 4/4/2011.Is am I eligible for ILR?

Hi

With below criteria would like to know is I am eligible for ILR. Couple of solicitors I met in UK have confirmed that I am eligible

Visa rules cycle applicable: 5th April, 2010 – 4th April, 2011
Visa type: Tier 2 ICT (Established Staff) and staying in UK from last 3 years
Applied date: 04th April,2011
Visa validity start date:25th April, 2011
Salary =more than 36K

Couple of solicitors I met in Manchester and London have confirmed that I am eligible based on the following information

1) The visa rule have changed after 5th April 2011 and I have applied for VISA +done biometric on 4th April,2011
2) Also I am getting salary more than 35 K (i.e. if I would have got less than this then I will not be eligible).The rules before April 2010 does not have salary bracket of min 35K but in 2011 they introduced this.
3) My visa was initiated under Visa rules cycle between : 5th April, 2010 – 4th April, 2011Thanks a lot in advance for all suggestions.

Please help me here ...I am getting different views from people ...will the datum is considered as visa applied date or VISA start date mentioned on your VISA page.

unfortunately you are not eligible for ILR as you didn't have T2 ICT leave before 6 April 2010
