Refused as invalid by mistake

I have sent my application for my Tier4 extension on the 26 th of February. Yesterday I received all of my documents back with a letter from homeoffice about rejection of my application. The refusal letter says my application is rejected as invalid due to NOT enrolling my biometrics whereas I had enrolled them on the 6 th of March. As a proof of biometrics enrolled I have a receipt of the payment to Post Office and a letter with Post Office stick with its bar-code . I immediately called to ukba helpline , explained the situation and was told they would see what they can do for me and that I would get a callback from them within 24 hours, but about 30 hours passed but no callback.


Please, advice What i should do.

With cases like this I would definitely contact them again as im sure they would be doing the same thing if they were in ur position.

Please dont be afraid to bug them you have everyright to find out your current status.
