Arrived to the UK on the 91st day after EC-ILR

Hi Amber,

My initial grant of leave (Tier 1)was issued on the 1st July 2009 and arrived to the UK on 29th September 2009 (Exactly after 90 days). I am planning to apply for ILR in June 2014 , would my late arrival into the UK be an issue?

How does home office calculate the 90 day period
