Tier 2 ICT and ILR

Hello

Currently I am working in UK under Tier 2 ICT LT Visa.

My first CoS is valid from Start date: 30-Sep-10 and Visa is valid from 15/09/2010. I landed in UK on 17th Oct 2010.

Initial VISA for 2 years then i got 1.5 years of extension and now my company has applied for 12 months extension.

I would like to know if I am eligible for ILR or not. Please help.

unfortunately not on the 5 year route (only under long residence - 10 years)
