Tier 2 Dependants

Dear all

My brother and his family have valid tier 2 visa and they will apply ILR in September this year.

I have got one question.

My brother have got a better job with better salary with a different company.The company is ready to sponsor him.

If my brother switches the employment now ... And get new Tier 2 visa.

What about his family ? Do they need to apply again ?

Or they can apply for ILR with the main applicant in Sep 2014 without any problems.
