Only final result card but no degree

my wife received her final transcripts (result card) but she hasn't received her degree from the university. I have spoken to NARIC they are prepared to carry out the assessment on the basis of result card but they said that they will mention on the report that degree wan not presented. Would I be able to satisfy the English language requirement by producing NARIC assessments+result cards+academic reference letter?

I have seen you question on other forums as well and i think you not getting answer of your question, only ECO know if he is going to accept what you going to submit as she has not received her degree yet. My wife got degree in MSC software Engineering but when we were applying for her spouse visa she didn’t receive degree than, so I decided to pay A1 English Exam fee and get certificate which is mention on UKVI website. I would suggest you if you are not sure just book test and get certificate. You Paying 875£ for application so you don’t want anything which cause delays or refusal.
