Application form for child

Hello
My wife if applying on-line for spouse visa to join me in uk. We also have a daughter who will be coming with her
Do we have to fill separate on-line application for our daughter?
Also she is a bit confused what type of visa should we select for our daughter:
there is no option of "the child of a parent who is applying for entry clearance as a partner" only an option "child or other dependent of settled person"
Do we have to submit all the supporting documents with our daughter's application or they will be submitted together with my wife's supporting documents?

Where was the child born and what was your status when the child was born?

The child was born in Ukraine, I was on Permit Free training visa at that time, equivalent to student visa.
