RC issue date or RC expirey date does not matter in EU regulations.
You are require to show five years under EU regulations.
Your time starts from the date of your marriage.
Or if durable partnership then the time starts when HO first time issue you a RC.

check the date when You made your first application for RC .
YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR FIRST ACKNOWLDGEMENT LETTER . you should have a five years residence I uk .
You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.
