UK Family visitor Visa

Hi

I need help with inviting a family member who is non eu national. I am holder of eea2 residence card :family member of eea national.

Can I invite my sister on family visitor visa on my own ? and in the requirements if she is student or has just finished studies and has no source of income i.e she doesnt work etc Will my proof of income payslips, savings be enough for her to get family visit visa or no ? if I write such a letter that I will arrange or fund her all tour to UK and give my payslips , bank statement etc , will it be enough to get her family visitor visa ?

and once she is here on a family visitor visa can she switch to anyother visas ? I know it sounds dumb and there are other routes like to apply for eea family permit on 1st instant but question is question. The basic aim to write and ask for help is to know HOW SHE CAN APPLY FOR FAMILY VISITOR VISA WHEN SHE HAS RECENTLY FINISHED STUDIES AND HAS GOT NO JOB , NO PAYSLIPS NO BANK STATEMENTS OR BANK ACCOUNT. help please !
