Spouse Visa Advice Needed

Post by najam999 » Tue Apr 22, 2014 5:57 pm

Hi All,

I need an urgent advice for my Spouse Visa. As I am planning to get married to a British girl who is coming to my country with her family in a month. As I have already lived in UK before and had some issues listed below, based on them Issues want to clarify that would it be a severe problem for me to get spouse visa?

1- Lived lawfully in UK for 5 years (2005-2010) then applied for leave to remain under different category within UK but was rejected as used DECEPTION (False Documents) and they put me on 320(7B) which of my knowledge is not applicable to settlement as a family member.

2- As of above rejection, I OVERSTAYED for over a year and later got caught by UKBA but I decided to leave UK voluntarily on my own expenses on July 2012.

3- Also previously Police gave me CAUTION for “Possession of Identity Documents with intent” which of my knowledge isn’t a criminal offence.

Thanks

You may be exempt as a spouse for 320(7b) but likely to be refused under 320(11)
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
