Housing Association Letter

Post by julian1972 » Mon Apr 21, 2014 3:35 pm

Happy Easter Monday to you all.

I am going to submit an application within the next 2 weeks to switch from 10 year route into the 5 year partner route FLR(M).

We've lived in a Housing Association owned 2 bedroom flat for 4 years. We can no longer find the tenancy agreement. Can a letter from the Housing Association stating the number of rooms occupied and monthly rent being paid with photographs of the flat be submitted if an original copy of the tenancy agreement can not be found?

Can you request a copy of your agreement from them?
I am also in a HA property and they sent me a copy on request.
