Its my 1st post & I want to request if some one can guide me, please.

MY EARLIER VISA "TIER 2 (ICT) ESTABLISHED STAFF"VALID FROM : 15 APR 2010 & VALID UNITIL :22 APRIL 2013

MY NEW EXTENDED VISA "TYPE OF PERMIT: T2 ICT LONG TERM LEAVE TO REMAIN"REMARKS: RESTRICTED WORK & VALID UNITIL : 20 APR 2015

Can anyone tell me please,
1. Can I search for job in UK and any company can sponsered me for T2 ICT ?
2. Can I get T1 by my own?
3. Do I have any chance to remain further in UK 20 APR 2015 as I will complete my "5 years".

3. Do I have any chance to remain further in UK 20 APR 2015 as I will complete my "5 years". Yes as you have come before April 2011, You can extend your Tier-2 ICT as long as company needs you

1. you can only switch to T2 General, notto ICT. If you do switch to T2G you can only remain in the UK until April 2016 because of the 6 year limit on stay.
