Money held with Forex broker regulated overseas

Hi there

Can anyone please guide me about this.

I am on PSW, planing to switch to Tier 1 entrepreneur. My query is regarding funds.
If i show i have an account with forex broker (which i have and doing online forex trading) regulated in Newzealand. And my account is holding £50,000. Would that be accepted as my funds?
