Hi There,

i am in Tier 2 (General) Visa. i intend to bring my wife in uk as dependent visa. but i am getting a pathetic issue about my wife medical condition. thing is 2 year ago she was suffering TB disease. though she is ok now, she has completed a course of 9 month medication.

however, still when she did a Xray, a spot come to her lung. now i would like to is it going to be any affect to apply for UK Visa.

She will need a valid medical certificate confirming that she has undergone screening for active pulmonary tuberculosis and that such tuberculosis is not present in her

Hello Manci,

I have been in the UK for last 2 years 4 months as a PBS dependent.

If i go back to my home country for tier 2 General entry clearance, should i still go through this TB screening process ?

Many thanks
