RE - DIVORCE......URGENT INFO NEEDED.

Hello People,

I just need a little clarification.

Suppose i was married for 2 years, got a residence card under Surinder Singh, me and my wife have been living in the UK for 1.5 years since marriage, and we've just had a baby who is just a few months old.

1. In case of divorce, Will a UK court grant me (the husband) a right of access to my child, considering he is just a baby ??
2. Can i successfully apply for Retention of Rights on the basis of my right of access to the baby?
3. In the case of the above circumstances as outlined above, is there any other evidence apart from "my right of access to a child" that i need to submit with an application for RoR?

If you get the right to access your child from the court then you can easily retain rights of residence.
