URGENT APPEAL HELP

Hello guys ,I was granted asylum last year at the Asylum tribunal Immigration court in BIRMINGHAM .I was verbally told that I would get a confirmation letter .Now the problem is that I got a refusal letter ,they just copied and pasted refusal reasons from 2012 ,and never mentioned that I was granted in 2013 .I tried to get in touch with them before they sent this letter .My mp and lawyer wrote to them and they never replied .So what does this mean did they lie or what ? I have to start all over again because they said I should appeal .
