Hello All,

Can someone who could not open business account due to bad credit rating holds his fund in his personal account to apply for Entrepreneur visa?

yes you can. But be careful, assuming you are director of company then if you are claiming investment in intial application then you cannot use personal account, then you need to show proof of business account. However if you are not claiming any investment in intial application then it should be fine.
