WE WANT TO ESTABLISH A RESTAURANT/BAR WITH A MULTI-PURPOSE FUNCTION HALL AND AN EXECUTIVE LOUNGE. I SHARED OUR INTENTION WITH SOMEONE AND ADVICED ME NOT TO TRY VENTURE INTO IT AT ALL AS THE UKBA CONSIDER SUCH BUSINESS AS NOT VIABLE.

WE REALLY NEED SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY HELP IN THIS REGARD WHETHER TO CARRY ON WITH OUR PLAN OR CHANGE THE LINE OF BUSINESS AS WE HAVE PUT A LOT OF ENERGY AND MONEY INTO THIS BUSINESS, THOUGH THE BUSINESS IS STILL AT DEVELOPMENT STAGE. WE HAVE SECURED A PROPERTY ON LEASE FOR THE BUSINESS. NOW WE HAVE LESS THAN A MONTH TO PUT IN OUR APPLICATION.

I want someone to help me on the issue of the type of business one can invest in, am about to put in my application and I have chosen to invest in Restaurant/Bar with multi-purpose function hall and Executive Lounge.

Does anyone have information on this issue?

Pls Brothers and Sisters,

can someone advice on this issue,

1) is investing in Restaurant/Bar with Multi-Purpose Function Hall for hiring for events, and Executive Lounge a viable business under tier 1 entrepreneur visa?

2)We have a registered limited company that is 11months and 5days today, (the company will be a year old on the 20th May 2014, we plan to submit on the 15th May 2014). We are unable to open business account due to bad credit of the other director, then we resort to opening a joint bank account where we would be having the balance of the 35K as we have invested about 15k in securing a property on lease for the business.

3) Due to all these issues, we decided to register a partnership business with HRMC with same name as the registered limited company mean the partnership and the limited company has same name, for example (partnership name is: XYZ while Company name is: XYZ LTD ). I was able to open an account in the name of the partnership as sole trader as we cant open business account together.

Is it possible to use both the partnership and Limited company documents together as the lease document is Limited company's name?

Please brothers and sisters I need clarification and best way to approach this issue.

business bank account isnt compulsory to apply for T1E however a positive fact in ur application.
IF U CANT GET AN account open then make ready all other document and proceed.

the business u have choosen isnt suitable for applying under 50k however it shud be fine under 200k.
