Section 2 FLR O form

Post by Rutland » Fri Apr 25, 2014 10:32 pm

I am new here and about to extend my discretionary leave which expired next month (under old rule) but am confused on whether to complete section 2 of Flr O form or not as it is stated that it's mandatory. However, I do not have any dependant applying with me as my wife ILR and my four kids are British citizens. Please help me out here.

It's not mandatory if they're not applying with you!

Include their details in the last box of section 2, that they're settled/British.
