Few questions regarding Spouse Visa Application

Hi there,

I'll be applying for my spouse visa application for my wife's visa soon and had a few questions which I was wandering if someone could please clarify as I've been wondering about them for some time now.

1) My signature on my british passport is slightly different, as my passport was made some time ago when I was younger, so my signature has now changed. It's the same everywhere else, but just slightly different on passport. Will this be a problem, and is it possible to get a letter from a solicitor confirming my identity and reason for different signature?

2) Will I need to submit passport photos of myself, or will only my wife need to submit photos of herself?

3) Will the following be sufficient to prove subsisting marriage:
a) Money sent every month, got all slips with both mines and my wifes details on (Sent about £1,000 over the past few months) All slips present with all details on me and my wife on.
b) Phone call logs (Lycamobile phone call logs showing her number on monthly call data, and all of my topups made, date of call, and duration) (We've spent about 2 hours on the phone to each other every day since getting married over 6 months ago, and can provide copies of call data)
c) My ticket to visit my wife in Pakistan along with my boarding pass and passport to show enty and exit stamps at Islamabad airport. (Got married in Aug, and visited her in Jan for 2 weeks)
d) In addition to the above, screenshots of a selection of whatsapp messages

4) I have a 1/3rd share in my house, with my mum and dad owning the other 2/3rds, and we will be living there. I paid a deposit for which I have proof and can show evidence of this, but I don't pay mortgage so that amount outgoing will not show on my bank statement. Will A letter from my mum and dad stating that I own 1/3rd share, and can and do live here rent free and will be happy for my wife to join us be enough for accommodation? (Will also submit report showing ample space so house will not be overcrowded)
