Tier 2 ICT (ST) to Tier 2 General

Dear All,

I am new to the forum and apologies if this question has been asked before.

'Can I change my employer or Visa category while working in UK on Tier 2 ICT ST ?'
I am getting multiple job offers but not sorted out due to Visa category. Looking forward to hear from you all soon.

No. You cannot change from any type of T2 ICT directly to Tier 2 General.

You would need to apply from your home country and you would be subject to a 12 month cooling off period. You would also be subject to things like the RLMT...
