Plzzzzz Help can't sleep

Hi everyone.

My husband and I got married in Sept 2013 & we have began the online application of the spouse visa.
After we choose settlement-settlement-wife then a warning appears which gives a link to the relevant appendix form that is VAF02. I believe this form is for working in the UK and it should be VAF04.Is it a glitch or no? what should I do?

Another question is that my husband receives his P60 at the end of May & we would like to apply in mid May. I was wondering if his payslips and bank statements are enough or not?

The next question is about my husbands jobs. He has two jobs one of them is full-time the other one is part-time. His part-time job's company pay his salary in cash which he spends for his daily expenses. is this ok, since it can not be shown in his bank statement?

I would really appreciate it if you can answer my questions.

I would appreciate it if you let me know that my husband's part-time job with an official contract(which says he gets his salary in cash) including his payslips (it mentions that the method of payment is in cash), P60 and an employer letter is enough to prove the money he earns from this job or not? I have to mention that money it did not went to his bank account he spend it for his evreyday
