Urgent postal application?!

Hey guys!

Looks like they only give away 30 urgent postal 10 day applications per day to the first applicants. Is it impossible to get one without using an agency? My new job are depending on this but I don't think they realise it's not as easy as it sounds, and they aren't using an agency. What's your experience?
