L1/L2 Application Help required

Hi,

I will be attending my L1 Blanket visa interview next week, unfortunatly due to having an arrest I was told my Wife and kids would need to book a seperate interview once I get approval.

My question is, does my wife also need to get a Subject Access report from the police? She has never been arrested and comes under a L2.

Due to the lack of replies I decided to contact the US embassy direct have have been informed that a Subject Access Report is only required if you have a previous arrest of conviction that you declare on the DS-157 form.
