MN1 Form documentation for section 3(1)

Hi

My child born in India and I am British citizen through naturalization and my wife is in ILR. I wanted to apply BC for my child under Section 3(1).

For section 3(1) Child has to satisfy the requirement of not absent for more that 270 days?

What documents I need to send for Section 3(1)??
