REFUSAL, APPEAL Received within 10 business days

Dear All- Advice needed Please.

I applied for T1 Ent visa from PSW, Unfortunately i was refused with right to appeal,

my solicitor try to fax the Appeal form twice but every time he received error msg, then he post whole papers by recorded delivery with the error msg. Tribunal received all the documents on the 11th business day from the + 10(P) date, I have asked my solicitor and he says it should be fine!
what should i do now, any kind of advice is helpful

Most of the time, it is very hard to get the fax through because it's connected to the most ancient fax machine (it's a BT number)

You should try another fax number mentioned on the same form : 01509221403

Then email them (customer.service@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk) as well mentioning date and time of sending fax and also explain that you tried main number and it wasn't working.

They accept it!
