Is there any option we can convert the house into commercial property when buying on morgauge ...I want to place for my businesss but its not commercial. Please advsie me...and how it can be acceptable for UKba

You can convert any residential property into commercial property as long as you have a permission to do so by concerned council (mainly known as planning permission. Planning permission for the change of use will be required in most cases)

Infact, there are lot of legal issues that need to be considered when converting residential property into office space. So, I would suggest that you hire business consultancy firm's advice on it (or solicitors)
