My tier 2 ict expires on 26th jun, I got admission in a college and course starts on 15th sep.. My company will extend my visa but wanted to know whether I can apply before jun 25th and after jun 15th for tier 4 as it is with in 3 months b4 course starts?

You can't make an in country tier 4 application if your course starts more than 28 days after your current visa expires.
